PERSONAL INJURY AND INSURANCE DEFENSE LITIGATION
Our firm represents many different insurance carriers in connection with a wide variety of issues. The members of the insurance defense group have served as lead counsel in over 90 trials and appeals before state and federal courts. The insurance defense group is headed by Robert R. Beltz a Certified Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona in personal injury and wrongful death litigation.
In product liability disputes, we represent manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and users of consumer and industrial products, medical devices, drugs and other products. We also supervise the litigation activities of local counsel for some of our clients whose products are sold and distributed nationally. Our attorneys have also defended insurers and individuals in connection with first party claims for catastrophic loss or fire loss arising out of interstate and intrastate motor vehicle accidents. Additionally, we have represented clients in malpractice claims involving physicians, veterinarians, attorneys, and real estate brokers.
In addition to the wide variety of litigation areas which the attorneys of the insurance defense group practice, we frequently assist our clients in resolving coverage issues under primary and excess insurance policies. Our attorneys also lecture extensively to insurance groups about the latest legislative and judicial changes in Arizona insurance law.
