Brad Feigenbaum, an associate, joined the firm in 2008. He previously practiced commercial litigation with the firms of Mound, Cotton, Wollan & Greengrass in New York, and Fennemore Craig in Phoenix, AZ. Mr. Feigenbaum received his J. D. (cum laude) from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and Vice President of the Moot Court Association. Mr. Feigenbaum is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies and was a member of the Mock Trial Team. He has experience assisting to litigate two large 9-11 cases currently pending in the Southern District of New York, as well as a multi-million dollar damages case involving claims for lost profit and lost enterprise value. Mr. Feigenbaum also has experience litigating partnership and contract disputes. |
