Daniel
B. Zebelman, an associate, joined the firm in November 2009. He is a
member of the litigation group and bankruptcy group. Dan’s practice is focused
in the areas of representing both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy
proceedings, and commercial, construction and real estate litigation. He has
extensive experience in representing private businesses and individuals,
architects, contractors and real estate developers in all areas of their
business, including contractual analysis and disputes, collection and payment
disputes, and tort liability. He has represented clients in State and Federal
court, before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court,
and the Arizona Court of Appeals.
Prior to entering law school, Dan was a Project Manager for a mixed
income/mixed use real estate developer in Boston, Massachusetts. Dan was born
and raised in Seattle, Washington. |
