Patrick
J. Van Zanen, an associate, joined the firm in 2010. Mr. Van Zanen
litigates complex commercial matters typically involving real estate,
securities, director and officer liability, employment matters, commercial
torts, and creditors’ rights. His experience includes representing business
entities, municipalities and individuals in state and federal court, and before
administrative agencies, including the EEOC and the National Labor Relations
Board. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Van Zanen was a senior consultant in
the Maricopa County Office of Management and Budget. |
