 Valerie V.
Todorovich, concentrates her practice in real estate and banking law.
She is highly experienced in transactions involving leasing, disposition,
financing, acquisition, easements, permits, contracts, trespass claims,
right-of-way agreements and zoning. She has worked with government officials,
engineers and construction teams on major outside plant construction and highway
relocation projects. She has also worked with banks and borrowers on
documentation of all size loan facilities, loan modifications and workouts. Ms.
Todorovich is a Certified SBA 504 Closing Attorney. Todorovich graduated from
Southwest Texas State University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice in 1991 and
from Whittier College School of Law in 1997 with a J.D.
In addition to her private law practice, she has
worked in-house for a national hotel chain, a public utility and acted as
General Counsel for a global general contractor. She is admitted to practice in
Arizona and Texas. |
